  It's definitely a good store in and of itself, with a wide variety of pet foods and toys and many other things one would need for pet ownership. My main gripe is with the service provided. Most of the time you can wander for quite some time before someone comes up to you and asks if you need help. It's understandable, I imagine there's quite a lot to do and most of them do seem busy whenever I shop here, however it can feel like you're on your own when it comes to finding what you're looking for. However, when the staff does assist you, they are quite cheerful and polite about it, often apologizing for not helping sooner. I have never had a bad experience here, and I do love their exclusive pet foods brands for my dogs. Their Pet Perks deals are also great when it comes to buying food and toys and beds as well.

  Very professional, they took very good care of my nervous dog. Brittany was great. They were very accommodating with our busy schedule. A awesome doggy spa..thanks

  Great place to socialize a puppy. Friendly staff and always a deal to find. Had a great visit today and even got a free photo of my dog and Santa.

  Great place did not have my brand of food so they have me discounts for smaller bag and then 10.00 off when big bag came in as well the sale price off as well

  Find the staff preoccupied or maybe just too busy due to short staffing issues.
