  The ladies who work at this facility are AMAZING!! I worked in the offices that are an extension of the building, as well as our company had 4+ storage areas, inside and out. In the 7 years I was in that building they were awesome and very accommodating and did everything in their power to assist any "housekeeping" issues that came up, whether the storage area or the offices. I highly recommend them for your storage needs. Even though I am no longer in the offices anymore, I still pop in to say hello!!

  I have been using U Store It for 3 years now and would not go any where other than here. They have not raised my rent. The staff are great always helpful. The location could not be better . I know my items are safe and dry.

  My storage unit was ransacked at this location!!! After noticing some contents were missing one day, I questioned the older broads working at the front counter, they simply stated that their caretaker had noticed my lock missing for quite some time... I didn't ask them , but thought why didn't they put a temporary lock on my unit or phone me??? I asked the lady then , if she could check the cameras and she couldn't be bothered , and stated there were no cameras in the hall ,obviously not securing the yard either .. I left shortly after and loaded up my vehicle with any remaining stuff, I had noticed the back gate had been left wide open , all during the day I would drive by it and sure enough the gate was open, as I continued driving by it at 1:00 am and 3ish am it was still open, next day I questioned the broad again, this time about the gate and she said the gate was closed and basically accused me of lying , i kept insisting it was left open , and shortly left... It's a good thing I have footage taken from my phone of their negligence of leaving the back gate open , leaving it open to criminals , who knows how many days this gate was left open ..You can check out a short clip of many longer ones of no security on their Facebook page
