  Go see Kathy she is fantastic. Not only is she great at nails but her waxes are amazing as well. Very impressed with her her skills and her professionalism. It's also great to go somewhere and her remember who you are.

  I wish there was an option for zero stars. After moving from Calgary, and a nail salon I loved I was really hesitant to try this place. The first couple times I had my nails filled here I ended up getting Kathy. She is amazing, but because of my last experience I will never go back. I called three days before my last appointment and requested Kathy. I let the lady taking the appointment know that I could come in anytime during the day, I just wanted Kathy to do my nails. She told me that she was available at 1230. I showed up at my appointment, and was told that Kathy had just left. The older gentleman would have to do my nails. I should've just left, but was headed on holidays the next day. During my fill I expressed that my nails were uneven three times, and made him redo my ombré white tips on four nails. He would quickly file them not fixing the problem. Almost every single nail is slanted with the right side noticeably longer. By the end of the appointment I had given up. Two days later five of my nails were chipped on the corners. I don't think he could've done a crappier job. After requesting a specific nail technician this should not have happened. I will never go back. If you decided to go to this salon do not let the older gentleman do your nails. He probably does not have any formal training, and the final product reflects it.

  So far, I have had only good things to say about my nails. I tend to be really hard on my hands, and have found that when I go to CN, I can make it more than a month between fills, unlike most other places I have tried.

  Always pleased with my nails, although should be more clear on how pricing goes. I can understand how some clients can be confused. I do notice tendencies to steer away from doing full gel nails which if you offer it than you should be able to do it. My true rating would be a 3.7 overall

  If you get any nail tech EXCEPT the older gentleman, you'll get a good set of nails but since I last had my nails done there by him I doubt I'll be going back unless I get Van or Kathy specifically. The older gentleman filed my nails so hard I had 3 bleeding fingers and one was below the quick of my nail, I've never been in so much pain when someone's done my nails, ever. Stay away from him, if you get sat with him I highly suggest leaving. Worst experience ever.
