    Tried to charge a $100 carbon tax fee and blamed it on an accounting error when they were caught. These guys are con artists taking advantage of grieving families, stay away!

    We have worked with Alternatives many many times over the years. They are very professional, kind, courteous, and caring. Their prices are so much lower than most funeral homes, and yet there is no compromise on the service. We appreciate all they do for the families who turn to them.
