  This is probably the worst Best Buy I've been at. I actually used to work there and it's gone down hill consistently even before I left. Just this recent visit there were 12 employees walking around and the only employees that talked to us were the cashier and the greeter at the door. The only reason they are getting any stars is because it's probably the best place to buy electronics. But if you don't know what you need or want and need help(and you live in red deer), don't go to best buy. Go pretty much anywhere else... Except Walmart. Don't go their either.

  Staff is certainly available to help (they're everywhere), and they are generally friendly, but very few have any real expertise, or can answer product questions. Standard 'big box' experience - long on options short on knowledge.

  Prompt service by well trained staff makes a huge difference. Needed a new washer. The floor models did not suit my wife's liking but "the sales guy" quickly agreed to show my wife all he had to offer. I left them alone to sort out the business. I returned to them in 20minutes and he was finished up already. We left happily awaiting her delivery. We will surely return as new needs arise.

  Everything you expect from a best buy. But I was sad their keyboard/mouse selection is down. Didn't have the mouse I was after. But to be expected as we buy more of that kind of stuff online.

  Jude very patiently helped me out. Ended up having to order what I wanted in to the store. Item arrived as promised. When I got it home, there were some problems with the tablet. Return and exchange was very easy and quick.
