  Drove there and had to wait 15+ minutes because there 3 were people in front of me. 3 people takes that long? Apparently so. Older guy was new I guess and the younger guy would go look for something and be gone for ages. (The whole time I'm there the older fellow still with the same customer.. a young lady returning 2 items. Yes 2. Unopened and had papers etc.. she had bought them earlier from the same fellow. Keep that mind...)

  I finally got up to the counter with younger guy and asked for the thing I had asked to be put aside. Older guy says he printed out the hold order but hasn't gotten it from the printer yet. Younger guy goes to get it. A few minutes later he comes back from the printer with the paper. Yes, minutes to go get a print out. Then he walks right past me and into the back ignoring me as I try to ask a question.

  That same customer then asked young guy a question, and he walked away from me again, ignoring him also. That would be why I yelled YO! at young guy to get his attention. Thanks for that dirty look by the way. That's why I'm posting this review.

  Always helpful. Fair prices. Great stock, and they can usually overnight anything they don't have on the shelf.

  Very bad experience today. Called in and asked about availability of a part. Had to repeat it a bunch of times, got put on hold twice while he looked. I googled the part number for him and gave to him when he came back. Yes they have that, website says so and so does he. He said he'll put it aside for me.

  So there you have it.. poor service, ignorant/apathetic staff, and to be honest your prices aren't that good. I went to Auto Value on Gaetz and got that other thing I was going to buy for HALF of what you were asking.
