    If I could give 0 stars I would do so. Worst service on the planet.

    Weakest bank in Red Deer and maybe in Canada in terms of services, other banks in Red Deer have at least 3 branches while HSBC has only 1 branch that works only few hours a week. Today I went there at 3:10 PM to find them already closed at 3:00 PM, even though online it said that they are open till 4:00 PM, the weakest customer service you could imagine.

    Everyone in the office knows who I am when I walk in the HSBC branch in Red Deer, I'll admit you do need an appointment. Although I do most of my banking online.
