  Janie B was a huuuge help.I missed out on buying the big bouncy house by a couple hours for my nephew amd was pretty upset woth myself and was pretty cranky when i was paying for the best one i could find there the cashier Janie B was extremely professional amd courteous amd told me about the 45 day price match or return policy even though i wasnt very appreciative at the time she was still very friemdly and kept a smile on her face she did an amazing job thank you

  I bought $360.00 worth of toys Dec 27th. Price tag for one says $49.00. I have sure the tag matched the product and it definitely did but I didn't give another thought or check at the till. receipt said $89.00 when I noticed at home. I returned to the store on Dec 28th and the display was moved and price tag gone. They told me the latest sale price was $67.00 and they wont even give me that. I'm returning everything that's not open yet, and will find it somewhere else. Won't shop here again.

  Guess they didn't know Black Friday would be busy. Not all tills open and they closed tills at peak times with long line ups. Nothing says have a great day like - oh you've been waiting for 15 minutes to get to my till sorry I'm closing now go stand in line somewhere else. Great job! Sadly not everything can be bought online so you have to go in store for some things and then get such bad service.

  Cant ever find help, if you know what you're looking for fine....watch out for misplaced (or vague) signage, management will lie about the sign or the product.
