    And this is after our rocky start of a meeting. The moment I sat down their first question was “what did VW offer you?” And then proceeded to try to sell me vehicles already on their lot that did not meet my very simple requirements (#of seats, engine size, etc). I was there for one specific vehicle... focus! Then l was further disappointed by them trying to charge me more for a vehicle they assured me they could get for less. This was hours and hours of meetings, emails, texts and calls. Definitely turned me off using this dealership as clearly they either really screwed this up or misled me intentionally.

    We go to pick up our 2 keys . The service rep comes out with one key.  We ask for our other. "You only ordered one" . I send my wife to go back to class with the new key , I'm going to be here for awhile . The THREE people sitting at the desk then play turns trying to blame people not in the room. Made them go threw the garabage for my old fob ( nobody told them to throw it out) .Looking at my receipt trying to find anyway they can lie their way out of it . I finally say i will talk to the manager when he gets back from vacation .

    The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because my salesperson, Raven, was good to work with, nice, welcoming and seemed sincere.

    I recently purchased a 2017 Forte 5 I was extremely happy with the sales the salesman Frank went above and beyond and was quite honest. Finance on the other hand was a rough one I was repeatedly talked down to that I did not know how to handle an oil change on a newer vehicle I work in the automotive industry. repeatedly pushed to purchase paint protection and extended warranty which any one of the industry knows is a giant scam. A couple days into owning the vehicle I popped into the store came back to find the leather was peeling off the top of the steering wheel. Have to research and talking to some technicians I found out it's caused by the heating steering wheel the weather was not treated properly. I contacted the dealership and they said when I'm in next to look at it. I came down that Wednesday with a friend who I was recommending to buy a vehicle because I was very happy with the sales experience at this point. They look at the wheel and said those submitted to Kia if Kia doesn't warranty it they will cover it out of the dealerships expenses. Today I received a call telling me he would not be covered and I was the one who damaged it. How did I damage it I wear short sleeve shirts I have no metal on my jacket and I had no jewelry whatsoever and all my nails are broken off from working on vehicles. I work with extremely high-end vehicles for a living some of them pushing $500,000 so I know how to get in and out of a vehicle without damaging it and I treat my own the same. I would not recommend this dealership anymore because once the vehicle is sold to you all the Care and Trust they promised goes out the door.

    To boot I am now on their call list , love getting woken up at 10 am after working nights to see if I can make the horrible decision of buying a car from the anger inducing, ignorant dealership.

    I had 2 dealerships looking into vehicles for me. The Kia sales manager called me minutes before one of my meetings with a competing dealership (VW) and told me he could get the vehicle I wanted at a lower cost (due to the owner also owning the out of town dealership where I had found the vehicle I wanted). I told him to text me if he could for sure beat the price that VW had quoted to bring it in for me. Jesse, the Kia sales manager, texted me and said “the boss man says we can beat that price! Come on over and we will talk details”. I skip my lunch and head straight there. He hands me the “absolute lowest price”. It’s over $500 more than the other dealership quoted. Just ridiculous.

    An amazing place for all your vehicular needs! The service department is fantastic and the sales department will bend over backwards to help. Jorge and Ace Miller looked after all of my financing needs! Professionally and quickly. They saved me a ton of money!

    I had the best vehicle purchasing experience of my life with Ace Miller. He was very up front and straightforward. Ace and his partner Jorge made the whole buying experience easy and fun. They will go out of their way to get you the vehicle you want. Thanks guys!! :)

    In total they got paying about 250 dollars more to get one key . When we could of paid the 60 dollars to get a new key cut and carry on . Extremely disappointed. I will drive to any other dealership for anything before returning .

    About a year ago the key to my wife's key soul broken , the key will not sit in the fob, still works just fine.  Flash forward to christmas . Somewhere in the hustle and bustle we lose the key . Call these people to get a whole new key and fob order, plus just a key for the orginal fob (total of 2 keys) . Take the key in, going to be 2.5 hours to program it . Get the call key is ready going to be $350. But wait i have to pay when i picked it up the amount we had already paid. These people couldn't even find the invoice good thing I kept my own . The service desk is a joke . The on plus is the service manager drop the programming fee to 60 (reduced from 90). To bad that isnt included when you spend just 400 dollars for a KEY!
